European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law Review


PPPs and Procurement constitute two major legal and policy instruments of public sector management which links the governmental authorities and private operators and provides for the procedural and substantive interactions which are necessary for the effective and efficient delivery of public services. The European Procurement & Public Private Partnership Law Review is an international quarterly peer-reviewed journal that provides the reader with detailed coverage of all significant legal and policy developments in the Procurement and PPP areas across the European Union and beyond in the form of articles, case-law annotations, country reports and more. Under its recast format, EPPPL will continue to report, observe, discuss, analyse and criticize legal and policy developments and shall offer impulses, suggestions and updated references and information around these subjects in an accessible way for all parties. Leading authorities from the private practice and academia will report on EU Member States' legal and policy developments and new approaches to PPP delivery and Public Procurement across the world.
