The aim of the article is to give an overview of the main and important points of the Public Private Partnership system in Moldova - landlocked country laying between Romania and Ukraine, which has recently signed an association agreement with the EU and is a part of the EU's 'Eastern Partnership' designed for ex-Soviet countries. The article is divided into three chapters - Main stakeholders, Legislation and Examples of PPP Projects. At the end, a summary and some recommendations are presented.
